Early start got us through Inverness and across the moray firth in fine weather after wet start. The moray was like a mirror and made the road crossing pleasant as well as strange walking over a massive suspension bridge. Left the main road very quickly after and pushed on to collect last but one food parcel. With full weight still managed another few miles to get us over the cromarty firth as well. Very hard day and pretty tired. May try some crazy forest tracks tomorrow but not always trustworthy.

Hi Guys,
Don’t forget to pick up a souvenir from the top of the county to bring back down south – and I am not talking a piece of rock with a name through it! We are all amazed on how well you are doing and are all thinking about having 3 months off when you get back.
Although Elisa says that you should walk back, are you hikers up for it?
